Rock Steady Management is a unique full service music agency, which offers a multitude of tour services to a diversified roster of clients.

Established in 1985, Rock Steady began as a tour accounting firm, which represented artists on the road.  The primary focus was two-fold; to represent the artist in a stringent and thorough show settlement process, thereby maximizing the artist income; to audit and pay all touring expenses incurred on the road, thereby lowering expenses. 

The concept was a simple one.  By providing artist representation at the point of attack, and a banker on the road, not only would there be greater accuracy and more timely reporting, but it would allow managers, agents, and business and tour managers to more effectively do their jobs.  The ultimate result is a more efficient touring entity.

In 1990, Rock Steady's services expanded into tour management, tour direction/coordination, and tour consulting.  Budgeting, staffing, and securing production suppliers/vendors are among the functions that are offered.  These services also compliment the overall goal of building a profitable, smooth running tour.

The next development was the formation of Rock Steady Management Agency in 1998.  By obtaining a Talent Agency License, Rock Steady can now use its vast data base to issue contracts, execute them (via the tour accountant), and build the tour production team necessary to generate maximum profits. 

Rock Steady Flat Rate Business Management was created in 2008 to offer bands affordable accounting and business management services on a flat weekly rate basis.  No longer do bands need to pay percentages or high hourly rates for payroll, tax filings, and accounts payable services.

Although this seems to complete the picture, Rock Steady continues to explore growth opportunities into other areas of the music industry where integrity, hard work, and commitment can be utilized to increase profits and lower expenses.
